At KYROSPRO, each item is made to order. Because of this production model, we are unable to process standard retail-style returns.

Eligible Returns

We only accept returns, refunds, or replacements under the following conditions:

  • Damaged item upon arrival
  • Misprinted or defective product
  • Incorrect item received

If any of these issues occur, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo evidence.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Customer dissatisfaction with fit or style
  • Order cancellations after production begins

Sizing Responsibility

Please ensure you review all sizing charts carefully before purchasing. We are not responsible for sizing errors once an order has been placed.

Resolution Process

If your order qualifies for a return or replacement:

  • We will replace the item at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a refund if a replacement is not possible
